You may or may not require cover outside the UK, but it is worth remembering that you can never be sure when that last minute invite to play overseas will happen. So you have a choice here, some insurers include it, others charge you extra for European and Worldwide cover.
Tip: Some insurers list Worldwide cover but exclude Personal Liability in the USA and Canada. Check the policy wording carefully!
